Terms of Use

1. Who provides LoveType

LoveType (lovetype-app.com) is provided by an individual, Fabrizio Candi. Contact: lovetypelab@gmail.com. Postal address: Ševčenkova 14, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia (a postal address for correspondence; it is not a registered business seat). 2. What LoveType offers

• Free: the LoveType quiz and your result, the free Love Booster PDF, and one free question to Coach Laura per browser.
• Coach Laura (monthly subscription): an AI love coach, for adults, with fair-use limits shown when you subscribe.
• The Broken Heart Solution (one-time purchase): a digital PDF guide.
• Personal Reconnection Plan (one-time purchase): a plan generated by AI from the answers you give, delivered at a private link and by email.
• The Narcissist Manual (one-time purchase): a digital guide.

The price, the billing interval and what is included are shown on each product page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are those displayed at the moment you buy.

3. Not professional advice

LoveType is for self-reflection and general information. It is not therapy, medical, psychological, legal or emergency advice, and Coach Laura and your Plan are generated by AI, which can be wrong. There are no guaranteed outcomes. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional.

4. Who can use it

Coach Laura and the paid products are for people aged 18 or over. You confirm your age before using the Coach.

5. Payments, subscription and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Coach subscription renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the Manage subscription option in the Coach. After you cancel, the subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Withdrawal and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery of digital products

The guides and the Plan are digital and are delivered online (an access page and/or email) once your payment is confirmed. If you cannot access a purchase, use the restore option on the access page or contact us at the address above. Your Personal Reconnection Plan stays available at your private link for 24 months after you last open it; you can save a copy (print or PDF) from the plan page. The guides stay available to you through the restore option.

7. Your use and our content

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for yourself. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute it. [[VERIFY: exact licence and acceptable-use wording]]

8. Liability

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Coach Laura and the optional plan story ask for your explicit consent to process any sensitive information you write; you can withdraw it at any time.
