Refund Policy
In short. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and that stops future charges. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you also have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, with the exceptions explained below. Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have by law.
1. What you can buy

2. Your right to withdraw (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded (the day you buy), without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 9). To do so, send us a clear statement by email to lovetypelab@gmail.com; you may use any wording. Mention the email you used to buy and the product.
If you withdraw, we refund what you paid, using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after you tell us (art. 13). Refunds go through Stripe, and your bank may take a few days to show them.
3. When that right ends or does not apply
- Digital content that is not on a physical medium (for example a downloadable guide or a document created for you): the right ends once delivery has begun, but only if you gave your express prior consent to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal (art. 16(m)).
- Services (for example a monthly coaching subscription): if you asked us to begin during the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what you have already received up to the moment you told us (art. 14(3)). If the service has been fully performed, with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right, the right ends (art. 16(a)).
- If you did not give that consent and acknowledgement when you bought, you keep your full 14-day right.
4. Cancelling a subscription
Open the Coach and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future monthly charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. A product that does not work or does not arrive
If something you bought is not delivered, cannot be accessed, or is not as described, write to us at lovetypelab@gmail.com first: we will fix access or put it right. You also keep your legal remedies for non-conforming digital content and services (Directive (EU) 2019/770). If the same Personal Reconnection Plan is charged twice, the second payment is refunded automatically.
